Do I need to fill in the form before paying, or after?

Fill in the form before adding to cart. If you forget, just email us at hello@getmyepisode.com and we'll sort it out.

What does the video actually look like?

It looks and feels like a real episode — full HD animation with the character speaking your child's name and age, plus your personal message. Watch a sample video on this page before ordering.

What format is the video and how do I watch it?

You receive a Full HD MP4 by download link, playable on any phone, tablet, laptop, or smart TV. Having trouble? Just contact us and we'll resend it.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery is 1–3 days. Need it sooner? Select Rush delivery (24h) in the form.

What if the name is mispronounced?

Email us at hello@getmyepisode.com and we'll fix it for free. To avoid this, use the Pronunciation field when ordering — e.g. Sofia = So-fee-ah.

Do I have to add a photo?

No, it's optional. The video is wonderful without one, but adding a photo is especially recommended for children under 5 — the reaction is usually much bigger.

Is my child's photo safe and private?

Yes. Photos are used only to create your video and permanently deleted within 3 days of delivery. We never share or post them without your permission.

There is a mistake in my video — what do I do?

Email us at hello@getmyepisode.com right away. If the error is on our side, we'll fix it or remake it free of charge.

What is your refund policy?

As every video is custom-made, we don't offer refunds after delivery — but we'll always fix or remake any error on our side at no cost.
